Academic Manager Further Education at Astute Education Ltd

Job Descrption
You would be responsible for the day-to-day management of all academic activities on campus ensuring that all resources, facilities, and staff levels are sufficient for the effective delivery of National Qualifications.
The role will be based at their Abu Dhabi campus in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience in similar role
Minimum of 10 years teaching experience
Demonstrated history of working within a high performing educational institution
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree... in either Engineering / EHS / Business Administration / Retail / Electronics / Tourism / Logistics / Media
Masters Degree in a Vocational Subject as above
(They will only accept these subject specialisms due to the Curriculum they teach)
Package details:
From 22,823 AED per month
Tax Free Salary - £63,000 per annum
Plus Housing allowance
10,400 AED (Single) and 13,000 AED per month (Married)
Total Tax Free - £84,000 to £91,000 per annum
Permanent employment contracts
Relocation Allowance
Schooling allowance for children
Medical Insurance - Self, spouse & 3 children
Air ticket for employee, spouse and 3 dependent children (Up to 18 Years)
End of service bonus
