Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase client retention, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained throughout the spa facility.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about spa services, products, and procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and... initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sound business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports, set budgets, and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in spa management or relevant field is preferred.
