JOB SUMMARY:
The compliance and quality assurance manager will be responsible for taking a proactive approach in overseeing Ofsted registration of supported accommodation providers as per The Supported Accommodation Regulation 2023 and quality assuring children’s placement/homes.
The role will require monitoring, and improving the standards of homes for children and young people by undertaking quality assurance visits and ensuring accommodation providers we use are Ofsted Registered as per the above regulation and monitoring and improving the standards of homes for children and young people.
The post holder will ensure the highest quality of service delivery in terms of the care, support and health & safety within the homes our children reside in that meets Ofsted’s minimum quality standards.
The post holder will contribute[NO1] in ensuring placement stability for children in our care, as well as ensuring all... homes providers compliance documents and policies are gathered, reviewed and kept securely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement regulatory procedures and frameworks to monitor provider performance and adherence to set guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of homes, producing reports and recommendations for improvements.
Monitor and track providers' Ofsted registration and inspection outcomes, ensuring timely action is taken to address any areas of concern identified by Ofsted.
Carry out visits to homes to check home are following regulations, providing the agreed service/support and overall service standards
Take the lead in quality assuring all homes/ providers by developing and maintaining a rigorous quality assurance system and reviewing this in a timely manner.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, ensuring they meet the required standards for children’s welfare and development.
Design and utilise quality assessment tools and methodologies for consistent evaluation of provider services.
Ensure all compliance documents and policies are gathered, updated, and kept securely, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
