An exciting opening has emerged for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager to join a leading FMCG business, renowned for driving innovation and growth within the healthy eating and wellbeing space.

With responsibilities across digital storytelling, community engagement, and traditional advertising, you'll have the tools to craft campaigns that build both brand love and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market presence and consumer connection.
• Utilise digital and traditional media to drive campaigns, with a focus on innovative... storytelling and PR.
• Collaborate closely across departments, fostering relationships to enhance brand initiatives and drive engagement.
• Manage and inspire a small team, focusing on creating a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
• Engage in product innovation to consistently meet evolving consumer needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong FMCG brand management background, preferably with a passion for the healthy food sector.
• Strong background in both digital and traditional media, including TV and PR.
• Demonstrated success in budget management, innovation, and sales-driven marketing.
• Proactive, resilient mindset with a strong sense of creativity and resourcefulness.
• Exceptional people skills and an innate ability to build lasting relationships across teams.
This position is ideal for a strategic marketer ready to take on a rewarding challenge, in a business where your ideas and leadership will make a genuine impact. Two days a week in the London office are required, with occasional international travel for global alignment and strategic planning.
Package: £65,000 - £73,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
