The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead and develop its organization, with a focus on maximizing impact for individuals affected by mental illness. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the charity, as well as driving its work to extend impact both locally and nationally. This role requires a leader with a high degree of curiosity and interest in the work, empathetic with high emotional intelligence, and the ability to understand the challenges of the mental health sector. The CEO will be expected to foster growth, achieve success through a team-driven approach, and balance strategic elements with a hands-on approach when necessary.

Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a track record of leadership, experience in working with multi-functional teams, and a strong understanding of the mental health and/or health services sector. The role demands a collaborative leader... with excellent communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to foster effective partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and be able to demonstrate how they have embedded these principles in their previous work. The CEO will also be expected to act as an external advocate for the charity, representing its mission and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including donors and potential funders
