Summary
As a Shipping Executive, you will be a key player in managing the logistics and sales aspects of our shipping operations. Utilizing core skills in negotiation, logistics, and sales management, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, optimizing transportation routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your premium skills in transportation management systems, supply chain knowledge, and CRM software proficiency will enable you to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. With relevant skills in B2B sales, data entry, and familiarity with FDA regulations and 3PL, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of our shipping department. Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing & Documentation
• Prepare and process export documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness... to avoid shipment delays.
• Manage export licenses, customs declarations, and adherence to applicable trade regulations.
• Shipping Coordination
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to arrange the timely transport of goods to international destinations.
• Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrival at destinations.
• Maintain communication with overseas customers regarding shipment status, expected delivery times, and any potential delays.
• Compliance & Regulation
• Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Verify goods against export compliance policies (such as restricted items or trade agreements) and update any regulatory changes.
• Assist in filing AES (Automated Export System) declarations and manage compliance records.
• Inventory Management
• Update shipping data in inventory systems and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure goods are properly prepared for export.
• Monitor stock levels for export orders, ensuring proper inventory is available for scheduled shipments.
• Customer Service & Communication
• Maintain communication with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse) regarding shipment schedules and requirements.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries regarding shipping issues, delays, or documentation questions.
• Record Keeping & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of all shipping and export activities for audit and reporting purposes.
• Generate periodic reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and export volumes.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
