Senior Allocator/Fulfilment/Logistics Executive - fashion brand
We are recruiting for an experienced Allocator/Fulfilment/Logistics Executive for a very well-established premium fashion brand.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time, while upholding our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfilment
• Accurately process and fulfil customer orders using our order management system.
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped within the specified timeframes. (using a distribution carrier)
• Coordinate with the carrier to prioritize and organize daily shipments.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination
• Liaise with shipping carriers to arrange timely pickups and manage shipping schedules.
• Track shipments to resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate delays or changes.
• Handle international shipments, including... documentation for customs when required.
Returns & Exchanges
• Process returns and exchanges in a timely manner, adhering to brand policies.
• Inspect returned items for quality and restock inventory as appropriate.
• Communicate with customers to resolve return-related queries.
Data Entry & Reporting
• Update internal systems with order, inventory, and shipment data accurately.
• Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and shipping metrics for management.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for process refinement and improved customer satisfaction.
About you:
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, logistics, allocator, warehousing, or a similar role within a retail or fashion environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and their systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data tracking.
The office is based in Central London but had hybrid working - going into the office once every 2 weeks
