Job Descrption
• You are a law student with 3-4 years of study, preferably looking for a 1 year apprenticeship in Germany,
• You have prior experience in legal,
• You have excellent command of both German and English languages,
• You possess strong legal research skills and are comfortable using legal databases (e.g., beck-online.de),
• You demonstrate curiosity, ambition, and a proactive attitude in tackling diverse legal challenges
What the job involves
• Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Intern, diving into varied legal cases and covering diverse topics,
• Under the guidance of Torsten Rokossa, you will contribute to shaping our legal strategies and ensuring our operations adhere to the highest legal standards,
• Conduct thorough legal research ensuring our legal strategies are built on solid grounds, mostly in relation with our german market,
• Supporting the management of the German claims at Qonto, from the analysis to drafting a response to address clients requests and/or... complaints,
• Assist in drafting responses to legal inquiries from German authorities.
Collaborate with both the German team and the central team on various legal projects,
• Work across departments, liaising with Back-Office, Anti-money laundering, and Customer Service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to legal challenges,
• Engage in hands-on work on a variety of legal cases from day one, gaining unparalleled experience,
