Job Descrption
We are looking for an experienced Liability Trading Underwriter that will be based in our London City Office, who has the drive and determination to achieve targets and grow within an existing team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in underwriting Liability led business with a focus on Construction.
The following experience/skills are an essential requirement for this role:
· Strong people and negotiation skills
· Excellent organisation and communication skills
· Good product and technical knowledge within the UK Casualty market
· Self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
· Being a team player as well as be confident to work on your own initiative
You will be required to:
· Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing insurance brokers
· Proactively Underwrite new business and renewals
· Work closely with internal staff
Package includes:
· Salary Negotiable
· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to... 27 days after 5 years service
