Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing a team of professionals to achieve strategic objectives. The Insurance Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our service offerings and driving business growth.

Duties
• Lead the development and implementation of insurance products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet and Project Server.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Utilise SAS for data analysis to inform product development decisions and improve operational efficiency.
•... Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting project updates and outcomes clearly.
• Oversee team management, providing guidance, support, and training to team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain documentation using Confluence to ensure transparency and accessibility of project information.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation within our product offerings.

Experience
• Proven experience in insurance management or a related field, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, including experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Project Server, and SAS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong team management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams towards achieving common goals.
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable plans is highly desirable.
