Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a pivotal member of our ARC provider, you will be responsible for overseeing all Bodyshop operations, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
This esteemed role promises a dynamic work environment where expertise in vehicle body repair management is valued and celebrated. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the oversight of all Bodyshop activities, coordinating workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the daily activities of the Bodyshop, coordinating workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Foster a culture of excellence, leading by example to maintain top-tier quality control.
Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising... on quality.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Bodyshop staff to build a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, with a track record of success.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
