This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long-established North London Housing Group.
The Role
The work will involve upgrading kitchenettes/ showers/ bathroom and general plumbing jobs across our portfolio.
The Person
The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance & plumbing background and will have a good all-round ability. You will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a maintenance operative.
You will need to have all road "multi trade & plumbing" skills and be able to carry out the following types of work:
• Fitting kitchen units & worktops
• Tiling & Bathroom fitting
• Reactive plumbing
• Water leak repairs
• Install & fix bathrooms
• Install & fix toilets
• Install & fix electric showers
• Tracing & fixing leaks
•... Changing & fixing radiators
• Fitting taps
• Pipe work
• Fitting new piping for washing machines/ dishwashers
• Clear blockages & drains
• First and second fix piping for new projects
• Installing soil & vent pipes
Applicants must:
• Enjoy quite varied work
• Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
• Be a team player with good communication skills
• Be happy to work alone
• Have good organisational skills
• Have good time management
• Fluent in English
• Hard working
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trade
• You must possess good all-round multi-trading skills
• Own tools required
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK driving license
Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £200.00-£210.00 per day
