Position: Property Maintenance Administrator
About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Administrator to join our growing Property Management and Maintenance team. In this role, you will work closely with both contractors and clients, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and compliant. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with clients in some of London's most exclusive areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication with contractors and customers via email, phone, and an online portal.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance jobs and quotes.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections.
• Support the property management team with various administrative tasks.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and assist in resolving their maintenance issues.
• Ensure efficient booking and completion of maintenance jobs.

Desired Experience:
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in property or maintenance.
• Administrative experience (at least 1 year is preferred).

Additional Information:
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break).
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Starting Salary: £27,000 per year
