Job Descrption
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual, passionate about horticulture, who is looking for a long-term position and is keen to work as part of an enthusiastic team.
You will initially work with another experienced gardener to learn about our business and our clients' gardens and will then move to manage your own round driving, and with responsibility for, your own company van. You will then work in a team of 2 or 3 gardeners. You will have excellent office support and work with like-minded individuals.
The prospects for this role are excellent for the right person.
Role:
• Managing seasonal horticultural tasks
• Managing the ongoing development of our clients' gardens
• Driving & day to day management of company van
• 28 days holiday
• Uniform and PPE provided
• Additional paid holiday between... Christmas & New Year
Applicants must have:
• Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent plant and horticultural knowledge
• A clean UK driving licence -Good working knowledge of:
• Planting and plant care
• Pest control
• Pruning
• Irrigation systems
• Lawn work
