QA Automation Tester - SC Cleared
London - Hybrid
Up to £60,000 base
Currently working with in IT and digital transformation who empower businesses to modernise with bespoke solutions across cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
They're growing their central government technology squad and are in search of a SC Cleared Automation Tester.
Responsibilities of the QA Automation Tester:
• Collaborate with the product team to set acceptance criteria, testing standards, and quality metrics.
• Work with developers on defining, reviewing, and executing unit and component tests.
• Perform exploratory and automated testing at all levels.
• Drive automation efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage in an Agile environment.
• Monitor and communicate test progress, quality metrics, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile planning.
Requirements of the QA Automation... Tester:
• Minimum 5 years in QA automation with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in Agile environments using TDD with Java.
• Proficient in API testing (Postman), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Windows/Linux).
• Solid coding skills with experience in Cypress, Docker, and GitLab.
• Familiar with PACT, Junit, SonarQube, Jenkins, Splunk, Serenity, Cucumber, Selenium, Wiremock, and AWS tools.
