Where You Fit
The Senior Manager, Digital Diagnostics & Corporate Marketing will have a hybrid role supporting Product Marketing for our Digital Diagnostics business, providing software and AI solutions to pathology labs, as well as our overall Corporate Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who has product marketing and/or product management experience, and is comfortable in the clinical and research spaces.This role will report directly to our Senior Director, Biopharma Operations and have high visibility across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Digital Diagnostics - Product Marketing
Create launch plans for new Digital Diagnostics customer-facing product(s) or service(s) in partnership with Digital Diagnostics Product and Commercial teams including target customer identification, key messages, go-to-market plan, and market growth pathways
Create PathAI's marketing and communication strategy for Digital Diagnostics-related industry conferences and external communications, in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Develop sales pitch collateral for the Digital Diagnostics Commercial team to secure new business and/or maintain pipeline of projects with existing customers
Track and summarize key competitive activities, implications, and recommendations
Design and execute market research or customer research projects to uncover unmet needs, whitespace, or new perceptions to inform marketing strategies and executions; includes management of PathAI pathologist advisory board members
Drive marketing channel selection, investment, and digital metrics reporting in partnership with internal stakeholders
Identify and manage creative agencies on creative and content development, from brief creation to project management, to output/deliverables
Identify opportunities to achieve sales targets through marketing tactics
Corporate Marketing
Understand the research and technologies that PathAI offers and the value proposition across customer segments with an ability to articulate easily to those with a basic level of understanding
Craft corporate messaging that resonates with our prospects, customers, and partners across business lines (including employees!)
Periodically refresh PathAI’s brand strategy and partner with internal stakeholders on the optimization and expansion of brand standards
Serve as steward of brand guidelines and strategy as it is executed in other areas of the business (diagnostic marketing, product marketing, recruitment, etc.) and with third-party partners
Plan and execute on press releases and media engagement, as well as marketing campaigns across multiple channels, in partnership with third-party partners
Write, manage, and edit copy for internal collaborators for a variety of content needs such as website, collateral, campaigns, internal/external communications, and more
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree
Significant experience in product marketing with experience in brand management in the healthcare field; or MBA with 4+ years of experience in product marketing and/or brand management in the healthcare field
Strategic agility that allows you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging content that will attract customers regardless of segment/business line
Strong writing skills; able distill complex ideas into easy to communicate language
An eye for design based on extensive experience creating collateral and/or communications tools that are visual in nature
Strong communication skills and the ability to have a confident presence with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to manage multiple projects and work streams independently
An insatiable intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly in a complex space
Experience with presenting recommendations and strategies to senior-level management.
Experience developing value proposition, brand/product positioning and messaging
Experience creating design content or guiding the creation of design content
Business acumen with experience in obtaining market insights, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesize key findings
Strong desire and demonstrated experience with cross-functional communication and internal stakeholder management
Experience working with and/or managing agencies (or internal creative teams) in integrated communications, including brief development, evaluation of creative, and copy development
Bonus Points:
Experience in launching a SaaS, pharmaceutical, or a med device product or platform
Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotech
Experience working at a hyper-growth stage company (Series A-C)
