Lab Scientist/Senior Lab Scientist - Must Have ADC Experience at Planet Pharma Staffing Limited

Job Descrption
The ideal candidate will have ADC (Antibody Drug Conjugate) experience, as well as a strong molecular biology background/skillset and experience in drug development process, to support their promising pre-clinical pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct In-vitro work for their drug development
• Work with and monitor CRO/CDMOs for their in-vivo work
• Involvement with literature review, Data analysis, Writing reports & manuscripts
Essential Skills and Experience:
• PhD in a related scientific field (molecular biology, cancer biology, biochemistry, etc.)
• 2+ years post PhD experience (ideally Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry experience)
• Molecular biology skills - Cell culture, tissue culture, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, PCR, Western blot, Internalisation... assay, Quantification.
• Strong expertise in cancer biology
• Experience with antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
• Experience interacting with CDMO/CRO organizations
• Solid understanding of biochemistry, particularly antibody engineering, antibody technologies, and HPLC
• Drug development experience, including candidate selection and contributions to clinical development and regulatory submissions
• Familiarity with complex mechanisms of action (MOAs)
