Job Descrption
We are looking for a talented Junior Support and QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll handle customer support requests, assist with product testing, and contribute to improving our support processes.

What you'll do day to day
• You will join an established product development team who develop products to help our clients address complex data modelling challenges for financial products, financial transactions, and associated regulatory reporting obligations.
• Responding to customer support requests via our product in-app chat and email.
• Resolving the support requests or communicating with the team if further assistance is required, e.g. 2nd line support.
• Improving the support process to make sure that our clients’... enquiries are resolved as efficiently as possible.
• Testing the features in new releases.
• Improving and maintaining the test plan.
• Administration of and releasing new versions of the product.
What we're looking for
• You will want to gain experience working within a customer support environment, preferably within a technology organisation.
• You will want to learn how online products work.
• You will be able to use your knowledge to resolve enquiries and identify weaknesses in the product and proactively seek out solutions to them.
• As a self-starter, you can prioritise your tasks into your own work queues, managing your own time to meet your own and the team’s goals.
• You’ll be comfortable crafting verbal and written communications to internal and external stakeholders.
• You are humble when sharing ideas with everyone on the team.
• Experience of working on issue and support tracking tools such as JIRA and Intercom would be a distinct advantage.
• You have an interest in testing software and have experience of or a desire to learn how to build and execute testing scripts.
