Job Descrption
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join a SAP/4 HANA Programme with strong SAP, cloud migration, and ERP skills. The ideal candidate will drive adherence to Quantum Finance ways of working, coach teams in Agile methodologies, and ensure effective coordination and collaboration across squads.
Responsibilities:
• Drive adherence to Quantum Finance ways of working.
• Coach and upskill squads in Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate daily and sprint Agile ceremonies at squad level.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums to ensure coordination and communication of dependencies.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of risks at squad level and maintain the risk register.
• Enable escalation of risks and issues from squad level to delivery/program leadership.
• Work with squad leads on prioritizing, preparing, maintaining, and refining the squad backlog.
• Maintain backlog sanity by integrating Agile and tool best practices.
• Prepare, facilitate, and participate in squads’... quarterly planning and ensure adherence to the delivery roadmap.
• Contribute to the program roadmap.
• Maintain delivery coordination between multiple vendors, when applicable.
• Maintain SharePoint/content management.
• Onboard, educate, and align new resources on ways of working, ADO/Reporting.
• Work with delivery leadership on decomposing the higher-level roadmap vision (Epics) into smaller work products (Features).
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of Project Management processes and methodologies.
Essential skills:
• Excellent coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to drive co-ordination and collaboration across multiple squads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with delivery leadership on roadmap decomposition.
Experience:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SAP, cloud migration, and ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in risk management and maintaining risk registers.
• Proficiency in backlog management and Agile tools.
• Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and quarterly planning.
• Experience in vendor coordination and content management.
