Database Administrator
Salary: £27,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexible working hours available)

Database Administrator key responsibilities:
• Database cleansing
• Updating contacts
• Sourcing candidates
• Search across multiple job board databases for candidates using Boolean search
•... Creation of agency CV’s
• Working on special projects with Senior Recruitment Consultant’s
• Lead Sourcing
• Support with General Admin
• Any ad hoc duties required by the business
The ideal Database Administrator:
• Previous experience as an Administrator
• Knowledge of recruitment industry
• Dedication and commitment with a desire to succeed
• IT literate and proficient in the use of the Internet, Social Media Channels, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fantastic telephone manner
• Excellent work ethic and drive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to collaborate and offer new and creative approaches to work
You will be provided with full training by the Recruitment Manager, and will receive ongoing technical and soft skills training.
