You will be tasked with the following,
You will be required to do the following,
• Act as first point of call for IT Queries
• Log and resolve incidents
• Have worked within an ITIL environment
• Supported and managed an AV (audio visual) environment
• Installation and configuration of hardware & software.
• Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory admin, Poly audio Visual equipment, Handheld device support etc.
You will be required to work in the office for 1 week and then the next week you can work remotely.
