Job Description
Job Purpose
The Manager, Corporate Technology will be responsible for leading the global Infrastructure engineering team in delivering a great working environment for intelliflo colleagues. By building relationships with users, stakeholders, vendors and service providers, you will create a corporate technology architecture that proactively meets the needs of our growing business.
What You Will Be Doing
• Deliver corporate technology and support that cultivates highly productive work environments globally
• Cultivate relationships with colleagues to understand corporate technology needs across the business
• Work with the Chief Information Security Officer, Support Team, and Business Operations to define, rationalize, and optimize our corporate technology architecture
• Manage costs, performance, and support models of our corporate technology products and services
• Lead change through comprehensive testing and effective communication with stakeholders
• Develop and lead global teams focused on delivering an exceptional user experience
• Daily stand-ups with team, and regular meetings with key stakeholders, to discuss and prioritize business needs from groups such as Development, Sales, Security, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
• Quarterly Corporate Technology updates to regional and global Management Team forums
• Annual vendor management plan for relationship management, support management, and patch management of all enterprise productivity tools
• Regularly maintained Hardware and Software Asset Management platforms
• Onsite support plans and regular reporting on office-based A/V and collaboration technology
• Development of key metrics for all services offered by the team, with set thresholds and goals for continuous improvement.
• Participate in planning a future roadmap for service offerings, and to support business initiatives.

• Proven and extensive global experience as a people manager, leading technology or support teams in a global company
• Proven and extensive experience leading global programs, and successfully translating business needs into technology solutions
• Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with colleagues at all levels within the organization
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Proven years of experience in IT operations at a leadership or managerial capacity.
