• Proficient in providing Level I & II Technology Support
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all business levels

• Experience with hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Responsibilities
• Provide Level I & II Technology Support to Aon VIP colleagues and their personal assistants
• Assist internal and external customers with hardware and software-related problems
• Strive to achieve the highest level of customer service
• Provide administrative IT support when necessary
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties during daily activities and work requests
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in customer-focused IT support
• Ability to navigate technical and non-technical communication
• Proven track record of developing relationships within the business
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
