💼 About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Tech Support Associate to join our team. This role will provide vital technical support across HelloSelf, focusing on troubleshooting, system performance, and IT maintenance to ensure smooth, efficient operations for our internal teams and users alike. As a Tech Support Associate, you’ll be the go-to for technical guidance and solutions, collaborating with our IT and operations teams to optimize technology and enhance user experience.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users via phone, email, and... in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers and other peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain software applications and systems.
• Monitor system performance and security, conducting regular checks and updates as necessary.
• Document technical procedures and user guides to assist users and staff.
• Assist with network administration tasks, including user account management and access controls.
• Support project management efforts by providing technical insight and assistance in executing project tasks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in technical support or IT roles
• Strong reasoning skills, with a solid foundation in numeracy and technology
• Proficiency with operating systems (Windows and macOS) and commonly used software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts and hardware
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently
• Experience in healthcare or startup settings is a plus
• Familiarity with ZenDesk as a Customer Success tool is advantageous
