We are looking for an accomplished and passionate entry-level Programmer to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Programming at our London office, with hybrid working options available. You will deliver technical outputs on time and to specification by applying your expertise in database systems. You will design, develop, implement, and maintain database solutions while also providing technical support across multiple projects. Deliver technical outputs, including campaign selections, extracts, and reports, on time and to specification by utilising SQL, SSIS packages, and marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Apteco FastStats, ensuring rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) throughout.
Run, maintain, and QA standard data feeds, processes, outputs, and reports by conducting daily checks, providing updates, offering technical advice, and responding promptly to error reports, problems, or questions.
Review, analyse, and document data and workflow processes, following best practices, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring internal logs, workflow tools, and documentation are updated.
Experience using Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word and PowerPoint.
A passion for technology, data and programming.
Knowledge of statistical measures and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a dedicated approach to achieving outcomes that create a positive impact.
