In order for you to hit the ground running, you need to have solid In house commercial recruitment experience within a SAAS company.
Please note: We are looking for an Advisor level candidate who has 3 - 5 years experience in recruiting within a SAAS or Tech company. You will have a solid network and understanding recruiting Sales and Commercial profiles as well as other functions within a similar organisation.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, based in Australia (Brisbane HQ) and Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy in the UK, with occasional involvement in global roles. Your role will be essential in sourcing exceptional candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for both current and future business needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
What you will be doing….
• Own and lead the full recruitment process, from sourcing to closing top talent.
• Engaging with Talent across a wide set of functions, building pipelines and proactively anticipating business needs.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates, working closely with the business in executing an efficient and excellent experience for Candidates.
• Be a brand ambassador for TechnologyOne, promoting our compelling employee value proposition and conveying opportunities in detail, highlighting our market differentiators
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining our recruitment systems for tracking, reporting and talent management.
• Identify and drive improvements in recruitment practices, systems, and processes.
• Supporting our Talent team in Brisbane, with any urgent tasks, contributing to the teams' efficiency
• * Your Talents….
• 5 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a Technology company (ERP SAAS experience would be fantastic!)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using a range of Technologies to manage your desk (ATS, Social Media, CRM, Job boards)
• LinkedIn Recruiter super user, with years of experience in Boolean Search
• Strong presentation skills and experience in engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience in the technology or software industry - ERP preferred
