The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is essential for driving the recruitment process forward, ensuring our pipeline remains full, and supporting our continued growth in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling & Candidate Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build relationships and understand their career goals.
• Pipeline Generation: Maintain and grow a robust talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future client needs.
• Marketing & Branding: Assist in creating and managing job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract... talent.
• Business Development Support: Identify new business opportunities, support client pitches, and contribute to growing Highline’s client portfolio.
• Database Management: Accurately maintain and update the company’s database to ensure information is current and comprehensive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters to ensure seamless workflow and meet recruitment targets.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-oriented role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident approach to cold calling.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen interest in business development and marketing.
• Familiarity with or interest in the construction sector is a plus.
