Job Title: Germand and Dutch Speaking Business Developers Required- London-Full Training - High Earning Potential

1st year £50k-£60k OTE, 2nd Year £70k-£90k OTE, 3rd Year £100k Plus

Job Description:

Optimus Search is urgently looking for good business developers who speak fluent German d and Dutch speakers to join a team that is working within the fast growing Cloud market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Build a deep understanding of the company's products and services
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
• Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent... basis

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish or German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of successful business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech-related industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
