As the HR Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping workplace culture while overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Employment Law. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and fostering a positive employee experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
• Minimum CIPD Level 5
• At least 3 years of experience in managing complex employee relations issues
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven knowledge of Employment Law
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and time management
