Description
The HR Business Partner collaborates closely with management and employees, offering both strategic and hands-on support across various HR functions. A key focus is on EMEA markets, with particular emphasis on French employment law compliance. This role provides expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation, conflict resolution, organizational development, and training, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Lead and guide local HR teams, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risks.
• Oversee payroll efficiency and strategic HR initiatives (workforce planning, performance management, talent management).
• Support leadership on key people programs and improve team morale, productivity, and retention.
• Manage EMEA vacancies, align hiring plans, and promote internal mobility.
• Provide staff budget guidance and focus on local HR... management, especially in France.
• Lead change initiatives, enhance HR policies, and represent HR in DEI and Sustainability committees.
• Handle documentation for certifications and manage ad hoc projects like HR in new markets and salary benchmarking.
Skills and Experience
• Master's Degree in Strategic HR Management or related field
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law, with a particular focus on French regulations
• Solid business acumen and an understanding of the organisation's industry
• Proven people management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
• Agile and adaptable, with experience in an international context
• Strong project management capabilities
• A collaborative team player with strong leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address challenges proactively
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
