About The Role
In this pivotal position, you'll be at the heart of the Global Operations team within Business Solutions. Your primary mission? To empower our Governance Services team with cutting-edge training on operational changes, process improvements, and IT initiatives. You'll ensure everyone has the technical know-how to harness our systems effectively, delivering top-notch services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Deliver Training:
• Craft engaging training programs that equip our teams with essential skills, enabling them to excel in their roles.
• Create Training Materials: Collaborate with technical and business teams to design impactful training content and system-guidance notes.
• Manage Training Resources: Oversee our internal library of... training materials, keeping everything up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Identify Training Needs: Engage with employees and leaders to uncover training gaps and devise solutions.
• Assess Effectiveness: Evaluate training outcomes and adapt programs as needed to enhance learning experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining policies and procedures, integrating technology to streamline processes.
What You'll Bring
• Proven Training Expertise: You have a strong track record of managing and delivering high-quality training programs.
• Industry Knowledge: With 5+ years in the trust and corporate services sector, you understand the nuances of the industry and its technology.
• Tech Savvy:Familiarity with industry-specific software (like Viewpoint) is a plus, as it forms a key part of your training initiatives.
• People Skills You're adept at connecting with individuals across different expertise levels and learning styles, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Your flexible approach enables you to tackle challenges creatively, whether independently or as part of a team.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills help you build relationships and work effectively in a global team setting.
