Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Waiter at Cricket Restaurant. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, communicating with customers, assisting with food service, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Knowledge of basic Cooking methods
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Food safety certification is beneficial
