We are seeking a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and Sushi making Experience , with a flair for creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional Food making experiences. As a Sushi Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, leading your team to create delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
... Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels without excess waste.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, demonstrating hands-on leadership in food production.
Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent Sushi making skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for food, creativity in menu development, and an understanding of current food trends.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.

Pay: £16.50-£24.50 per hour
