Who We Are:

We are a fast-growing design and build company, specialising in kitchen fittings and home renovations. We’re searching for a highly motivated, personable Kitchen Sales & Design Specialist to help our clients bring their dream kitchens to life. You’ll have the opportunity to visit clients’ homes, assess their needs, and design stunning kitchens that not only look beautiful but are also functional and well-planned.

If you have an eye for interior design, a knack for technical details, and a passion for sales, this is the role for you.

• Sales-Driven: You’re someone who thrives in a client-facing role and excels at selling kitchen designs that meet both aesthetic and practical needs.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for design while also understanding the technical aspects of kitchen installations, like plumbing and electrical placements.
• Personable & Authentic: Building trust and rapport with clients comes naturally to you. You’re... genuine, approachable, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Problem-Solver: You’re able to think on your feet when working in clients’ homes, making sure every aspect of the design aligns with their needs and preferences.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Client Consultations: You’ll visit clients’ homes to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss their vision for a new kitchen.
• Kitchen Design: Using your expertise in kitchen design, you’ll create beautiful, functional kitchen layouts that consider both aesthetics and technical requirements (like plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Sales: You’ll be responsible for closing the sale, guiding the client through the decision-making process, and ensuring the project meets their expectations.
• Technical Scoping: During client visits, you’ll identify any technical challenges, such as where plumbing or electrical outlets may need to be adjusted for the new kitchen layout.
• Material Recommendations: You’ll recommend the best materials, fixtures, and finishes to suit the client’s style and budget.
• Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the project teams to ensure the kitchen designs are executed to plan and on time.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience in kitchen design and sales. You understand the full cycle of kitchen design, from concept to final installation. [don't apply if you don't have kitchen design experience]
• Design Skills: Strong sense of design and aesthetics, with the ability to create kitchens that are not only beautiful but functional.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical elements like plumbing and electrical placements to ensure the designs are practical and feasible.
• Sales Ability: Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering great customer service.
• Personality: You’re personable, authentic, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
• Flexibility: You understand that clients' schedules vary, so you’re open to working flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate their needs.
• Driving License: You must have your own car and a valid driving license for traveling to client sites.

What We Offer:
• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.

If your CV is selected, the recruitment process will be as follows:
• First Round: A 45-minute chat with Julian, our Operations Manager, to discuss your experience, skills, and how you can contribute to our team.Questions you might expect from him:
• How do you approach designing a kitchen that balances aesthetics and functionality?
• Can you walk us through a time you handled technical challenges, like plumbing or electrical issues, in your kitchen designs?
• What’s your strategy for closing sales and guiding clients through the decision-making process?

Second Round: If successful, you’ll have a conversation with one or both co-founders to dive deeper into the role and company culture.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
