Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Leader to join the team at our Benugo cafe in the prestigious PWC offices in Embankment.
The cafe is open Monday to Friday, day time only, serving a range of delicious salads, sandwiches, soups, cakes, cold and hot drinks. Shifts range from 6.30am to 4pm.
Rate: £13.45 to £13.75
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
About the Kitchen Leader role:
• Overseeing and assisting with the preparation of the Benugo food range
• Delivering consistent high-quality product ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
• Placing orders as well as assisting with stock control
• Lead the deli team and allocate duties as necessary ensuring high standards of customer service
• Training and supervising... of the production kitchen team
• Maintain all food, health and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills in addition to good food handling knowledge.
At least one year of experience in a similar role is required.
You will be required to pass a DBS check and provide a previous job reference letter to comply with our client's onboarding procedure.
