The Technical Asset Manager will be responsible for delivering Asset Management through Service Insight Local (SI) CAFM and Reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy of information is consistently maintained. Responsibilities
• Enhance client transparency of PPM delivery through various reporting tools such as SI and Power BI
• Support monthly reporting and resource allocation
• Ensure data quality of PPM SLA1 & SLA2 is consistently reviewed
• Collaborate with Technical Service Managers to maintain asset accuracy
• Set processes for asset management with 3rd Party Asset Management companies
• Provide annual Forward Maintenance Register to the client
• Capture asset variations and ensure their implementation in the system
• Maintain a strong understanding of business requirements and improvements
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Building Services and Statutory Legislation
• Experience with FM administration, including Reactive and PPM
• Previous customer-facing experience using CAFM operating systems
• Healthcare experience is a plus
Education Requirements
• Good basic education with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
• Higher educational qualifications such as ‘A’ level/HNC/D or degree beneficial
• IOSH Managing Safety and NEBOSH certifications preferred

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in asset management and facilities management
• Proven track record in a customer-facing role with CAFM systems
