We specialize in delivering seamless audio solutions for corporate events, live performances, and more. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Live Sound Engineer to join our talented team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent and knowledgeable Live Sound Engineer with experience working with top-tier professional audio equipment such as Shure Axient wireless systems, Yamaha digital mixers, and Dante audio networks. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of wireless systems and Dante audio routing, ensuring flawless event execution.
This role is client-facing, requiring a polite, professional, and presentable demeanor to interact effectively with high-profile clients. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the technical management of events and ensure smooth communication... with clients and presenters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and manage high-end audio systems, including Shure Axient and Yamaha digital mixers.
• Proficiently manage Dante networks and wireless audio systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide on-site support for live events at high-end venues, ensuring all audio requirements are met.
• Liaise directly with clients and event managers, delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure equipment is prepared in advance for seamless plug-and-play functionality.
• Manage troubleshooting, audio signal flow, and ensure proper redundancy is in place.
• Perform basic warehouse tasks, including the preparation and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high technical standards across all events.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Live Sound Engineer, working with professional-grade audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Dante, wireless systems, and audio signal flow management.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage events from both a technical and customer service perspective.
• Presentable and professional demeanor, appropriate for high-end venues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in basic warehouse tasks and equipment preparation.
• Must be based in or around Southwest London for ease of commute to events and the warehouse.

Pay: £19,570.95-£37,650.66 per year
