Job Description
We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver both technical health and safety training and confined space training in the South and East of England covering our wide customer base.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their passion for training and deliver a high... quality standard, working directly with learners ensuring they gain a better understanding of the subject.
The role is based at both our Head Office in Poling and also on our customer sites across the South and East regions (Some flexibility to travel further afield may be required).
Responsibilities
Reporting to our Training Manager, you will be responsible for the following.
• Delivering innovative, immersive and quality training
• Assessing learners enrolled in accredited learning
• Collaboration with our Training Manager to widen course portfolio
• Design and delivery of new courses, equipment and facilities
• Supporting other project work, where applicable
• Provide technical support to Head Office Team
• Support Training Manager with risk assessment development
