Your Role as a Nursery Manager:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all children.
• Lead and support a team of dedicated educators, promoting professional development and maintaining high standards of care.
• Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing them with confidence and trust in their child's care.
• Implement and monitor the EYFS curriculum, ensuring that all activities are aligned with educational best practices.
