We are excited to announce an opening for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Deputy Manager at an award-winning pre-school.
Position: Nursery Manager
Salary: £30,000+
Hours: 45 hours per week
Type: Term-time only
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a dedicated team and assume responsibility in the absence of the manager.
• Offer training and ongoing support to staff, promoting professional development during team meetings.
• Ensure effective communication with the management team to uphold high-quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and local community partners.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including assessments and daily logs.
Ideal Candidate:
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
• Level 3 childcare qualification, recognized by Ofsted.
• Strong initiative, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education with an... innovative approach to learning.
