Job Descrption
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to educate diverse learners, and effective behaviour management strategies. Experience in special education and tutoring will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Educate students in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
• Utilise effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and... share best practices.
• Support students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices.
Experience
• A degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Previous experience teaching at the high school level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of English language instruction is essential.
• Experience in behaviour management and special education is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with tutoring techniques to support students outside of regular class hours.
