Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experienced Drivers: If you’ve worked as a professional driver (e.g. taxi, delivery, or bus driving), your skills are highly transferable to this role. However, it’s crucial to understand that this is not just a driving job - it’s a care position with a strong focus on safeguarding and supporting patients.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence: Must have held your license for at least 2 years, with no more than 3 DVLA points.
• Caring Attitude: A genuine desire to care for others is essential. This role involves supporting patients who may be vulnerable, so empathy and patience are key.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable during their journey.
• Physical Fitness: Assisting patients requires reasonable physical well-being.
• Flexibility and Initiative: The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and adapt to different patient needs is important for success in this role.

What You’ll Do:
• Safely transport patients to and from their medical appointments, providing care and support throughout the journey.
• Utilise your driving experience in a role that also requires you to be attentive to the needs and well-being of each patient, ensuring their safety.

• 12 hour shift
