Job Descrption
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare patients for treatments or procedures
- Record and update patients' medical records
- Perform medical coding for billing purposes
- Take and record patients' vital signs
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or license as a Dental Nurse
- Proven experience working as a Dental Nurse or Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Familiarity with medical coding and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using dental software and technology

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

• Weekend availability

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
• Post registration: 2 years (preferred)
• Dental Nursing: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
• Valid GDC registration (required)
