We’re looking for exceptional people to join our growing Collections team at a fast paced and rapidly growing FinTech company. You must have previous Collections experience, excel at managing customers and be motivated to build a career in Collections. We will teach you everything you need to know and support you to become the best Collections Agent you can be! You will be given the opportunity to grow and progress whilst receiving excellent training and ongoing development.
Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.
Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.
You'll get to work with our Collections Lead, Head of Underwriting , CRO, CEO and also the most senior... people representing our clients.
You’re not a cog in the machine: you’re a source of information on how we can get better.
You have previous experience in a Collections role
You have excellent communication skills via the phone, email and live chat
You’ll show sensitivity and courage to help find the best solutions for our customers who are struggling
