If you're our person - you'll be joining an incredibly dedicated team on a global mission to bring transparent, fair, and staff-controlled tipping to the hospitality industry & beyond. Set for world domination having doubled our revenue over the last 6 months, we are already considered the world's leading tips & tronc solution, and have huge goals to solidify that status in the coming year.

We're looking for a highly energetic self-starter with customer success/implementation/onboarding experience to join our passionate team to play a critical role in building and retaining relationships with our clients.

We are looking for someone to act as the first point of contact with new & existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction and brand confidence.

If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions, a seriously fast paced environment and working towards achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will need... to be extremely organised and able to work well under pressure.

You will report to our Head of Customer Success and contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.
