Job Descrption
Maywins Ltd are a fast-growing Construction and Refurbishment Company based in Hertfordshire. We specialise with work in hospitals, schools, and local council authorities. Our client base is ever growing, and we are looking for an experienced multiskilled tradesperson to join our social housing team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Carpentry including doors & architrave
• General maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling/ floor laying
• Dry lining/ plastering
• Confident working unsupervised or in a team
• Adaptable approach, must be flexible and willing to travel
Skills/Requirements that are highly Desirable:
• NVQ or equivalent in carpentry
• Experience and/or certification in fire door installation and maintenance
• Experience working in healthcare and commercial sites
• Full driving license
• Excellent communication and timekeeping
• CSCS card
• Health and Safety aware
Additional Information:
• Use of own van required... fuel will be paid.
• Circa £200 per day
• This is a mobile role covering London and Southeast England
• 40hours per week Mon/Fri
• Overtime available
• Own tools (110v or Cordless)
• The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Pay: Up to £200.00 per day

Experience:
• Carpentry: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence and use of a personal vehicle for work (required)
