Responsibilities and Duties
Duties and Tasks:
repairs and installations
• Painter & Decorator who can also Carry out general handyman works
• Driver Licence required
• we are looking for someone to carry out repairs and maintenance works to a high standard promoting new and future business whenever possible.
• Ensure that clear and accurate information together with images is emailed upon completion of each works order, giving full details of any materials to be ordered and any issues where works are to follow.
Judgement and Decision Making:
• Demonstrate good judgement and reasoning when solving problems.
• Seek guidance and direction in the performance of your responsibilities when required.
• Represent the company to a high standard to provide consistency and excellent customer service.
Other:
• Maintain a well-groomed appropriate appearance.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept work area.
• Adhere to the company Health and Safety Policy at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
Good Standard of repair and maintenance skills
Excellent customer service skills
