Multi Trade / Maintenance Operative - Carpentry Bias at Supreme

Job Descrption
Supreme are looking for an experienced engineer, preferably a qualified carpenter by trade who has a strong portfolio of multi-trade and property maintenance experience and skillset as we will require the candidate to be able to carry out general carpentry works such as kitchen worktops, hanging doors (inclusion of fire doors & ironmongery) in addition to other multitude of general property maintenance works such as fencing and decking. The candidate will be expected to have a knowledge and strong skill set of all types of carpentry and joinery as well as a basic knowledge/understanding of other general building and property maintenance and competent DIY such as fitting all types of blinds, shower screens, door handles and locks and competent at painting and decorating. Reporting is essential therefore strong communication skills both written & verbal with the office team is essential.
The candidate will be responsible for being punctual... hard-working, aware of well finished work and a strong team player who has great communication skills in order to help jobs run as well as possible.
You will be required to attend different sites/properties across London to complete the issues identified in each property. The majority of the works will be all types of general property maintenance DIY works with elements of carpentry.
All jobs are arranged by the office so the candidate needs to attend and carry out the works as per requirements. We supply a company phone where your jobs will be sent through too complete detailed reports, photo & video evidence following findings.
Vans and clothing to be provided however we expect all engineers to supply their own tools.
Qualifications are strongly preferred in addition with a strong knowledge and experience of carpentry. We do request the candidate to have a good understanding and knowledge in other general building aspects.
Tools not provided so candidate is expected to have their own tools. The more competent and experienced the candidate is will likely reflect in pay grade following successful probation.
Heavy portfolio in NW & SW London and due to increase of traffic and time taken to get to properties around London the candidate needs to ideally be located on the West side of London to avoid extreme travel times for both parties.
Full UK Driving Licence.
