About Us - We are a fast growing national Commercial Cleaning & Support Services Company specialising in both contract and one-off cleaning. We provide a variety of services including builders/sparkle cleans, deep cleans, one-off cleaning, regular contract cleaning, window cleaning, carpet/floor cleaning, pre/post tenancy cleaning, communal block cleaning
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Operative ideally with communal cleaning and window cleaning (both by hand and reach and wash) to join our team and take over various sites throughout London, Essex, Hertfordshire and other locations across the Home Counties. This is a 'hands-on' role and you will be fully involved in delivering our cleaning services across a variety of sites.
You will be on the road every day so a full driving licence is essential and a company van will be available for the right applicant. Supervisory experience is also an advantage.
Company van/equipment will be... provided.
General Job Overview
- you will be responsible for ensuring we are providing high-quality cleaning services on sites you are on
- step in to cover other sites cleaning shifts if time allows
- drop off/collect supplies and equipment to sites as necessary
Person Specification
- A minimum of 2 years commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Experience as a mobile cleaner/cover cleaner would be ideal
- Experience of window cleaning preferable
- Able to work alone or in a team
- You need to be flexible, proactive and have a positive 'can do' attitude. You should be calm under pressure and of course be able to clean to an exceptionally high standard.
- A valid DBS certificate would be useful but not essential
- You must have a good standard of English and excellent customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills.
Hours
Monday to Friday with some occasional weekend work. Approximate 7.30/8am start each day however the hours may vary depending on daily schedules so flexibility is key.
Pay
£14.00 p/hr - paid monthly, PAYE, accrued holiday pay. Self-employed welcome.
