Housekeeping Manager – Hotel, Central London
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department in our prestigious hotel in Victoria, Central London. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while leading a dedicated housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and equipment, making recommendations for purchasing as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest... experience.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new housekeeping staff.
• Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, ideally in a hotel.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of Opera system is essential.

Requirements:
• Documented proof of eligibility to work in the UK, including ID and proof of address.
• Experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor, ideally in a hotel setting.
